The Social Area of ​​the Ourense Basketball Club is born!

From the COB we reaffirm the commitment we assumed in previous years with the transmission of values ​​through sport. We want to be a benchmark for inclusive and impactful activities for the entire society of Ourense.

Goals

  1. Collaborate with cultural, educational, social and sports institutions, mainly in the city of Ourense.

  2. Promote and sponsor basketball and sports in general practiced by athletes with functional diversity.

  3. Ensure that sports practice is linked to the integral formation of the person, as well as the promotion of tolerance and promotion of social action.

Activities

During the 2022-2023 season we will prioritize the following activities:

  • INCLUSIVE SPORTS: “A COB for everyone.”
  • SCHOOL CORRESPONDENTS: “One school, one player.”
  • LINKAGE TO SPORTS: “Ourense is sport.”
  • SOLIDARITY CAMPAIGNS. DISCUSSIONS AND DEBATE: “We like basketball!”
